Interview

I asked two of my friends lucy and andy what they thought of the music video during the process of making it and these are the responses they gave.

Lucy said:
“I loved the music video so far and there are a good use of visual effects. The actors did a good job and so did the band, especially the band member playing the guitar with the use of effects in the scene make it catchy. The footage is also good and the the locations are also very appealing with the use of special effects. I also found that the footage cuts to the beat of the music which makes it more realistic and that the use of continuity and fast pace shots added effect to the music video as a whole however I felt that Some of the lip syncing was off with the music with one of the characters towards the middle but other than that I loved it as it had an energetic vibe."

Andy said:
"Everything flows really nicely and there was a good use of visuals and shots used. It sticks to the conventions of a rock music however I do feel that there could have been some improvement towards the end as the storyline was not very clear however it was a gripping stoyline and very unique and the fact that there was narrative and performance shots made it less boring overall! It is an impressive video and a good use of green screen shots. The editing was the best bit of the video in my opinion because it was done in a way that most shots were fast pace towards the middle to make every second worth watching. It had a tragic theme with a love story in it and because they are both strong emotions I can relate to these."
