Music video progress

The filming was over! This meant that we could spend most of the last weeks editing . We made the decision to move all of our work from Final Cut Pro, although this meant we had to do a lot of our editing again at times due to weather conditions as well as re-film a few scenes.

We will now be able to use more powerful and advanced editing features to produce our music video and tell our story.
We had a storyline present as well as scenes of the band playing. Within the storyline there was one character playing two roles in the same scene. To show that there was a difference between the two we made the character change his clothes and kept the camera still therefore we can do both the scenes with the same character and so when we edit we can place them together. However on the other hand for the band we enhanced the colour for shark effects to the video and for the storyline we used a different colour. This will help the audience differentiate between the story in the song and the band.
The band on the other hand had two locations which includes in the pub and in the green screen room.
The majority of the film has now been edited and the last bit was dedicated to colour grading which helped to enhance our video and in certain places increase the colour to make the video look sharp in certain point when the band are playing. The whole of our group has seen the music video now and we have decided on sections which need to be re-edited and whether we have to re-film anything else.
